Pataway

This project is a major addition to accommodate a multipurpose community space, health consulting rooms, VET kitchen and Children’s facilities at the existing Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre, Pataway.

The development substantially modified and expanded a small 1950’s brick building, and provide a multipurpose space that connects to a new external terrace and active play space.

The location, adjacent to the Bass Highway utilized pre-cast concrete panels with acoustic attenuation to provide a quiet and reflective community space.
