Strathpine EquestRIAN CENTRE

Strathpine Equestrian Centre is the premier Tasmanian equestrian facility. It was developed with the vision ‘to provide a unique facility for the engagement and improvement of all equestrian-related activities, in an inclusive environment’.

The international competition standard stadium is a fully enclosed 70 x 30m Ebb + Flow solitex surface with a fully operable glazed eastern façade. The building has an articulated façade for the Arena's natural ventilation.

External facilities include a 100 x 60m turf arena and a 60 x 20m Ebb + Flow arena with a Clopf surface.

The centre has a riders’ lounge and amenities, a commercial kitchen, a multipurpose office, and an elevated spectator terrace. There is provision for external washdown bays and 20 short-term pens adjacent to the float parking. The site also accommodates stables and associated facilities for a private equine stud.
