The South East Trade Training Centre is a purpose built; contemporary vocational training facility located in Sorell, providing training opportunities for young people through to adults enrolling in VET courses. The centre has a focus on sustainable and organic food production and hospitality. It is the major regional hub that includes Triabunna Training Kitchen and Nubeena Hospitality Hub to service South East Tasmania
