PENNY CONTEMPORARY

Concurrent with the development of new offices for Tim Penny Architecture + Interiors and Penny Contemporary Art Gallery, was the Penny Contemporary Art Bar project. Located on the ground floor of the new 3-storey offices on Harrington Lane, it is a space that mediates between the Gallery and the Architectural office. The design incorporates decorative arts as a counterpoint to the gallery spaces, with attention to quality acoustic design. Penny Contemporary Art Bar is a bespoke space for unique small scale performance and art events.
