The Lexus Centre development comprises a ground floor showroom and support spaces, together with a basement level 1 car storage and car detailing space.

Built on a corner site of a former service station, the project included decommissioning the contaminated site prior to construction. The construction utilises efficient construction systems of pre-cast concrete panels, post tensioned slabs, and steel framing, together with high quality finishes throughout. It is now a physiotherapist offices for Kieser Hobart.
