BOTHWELL DISTRICT SCHOOL
NEW AGRICULTURAL FACILITY AND Y11-12 HUB
Bothwell District School is a regional school in the Southern Highlands for K-12. Recently the school has expanded to provide a Y11/12 hub and a new agricultural facility.
The new agricultural facility is a multifunctional building that is used by primary and secondary students with multipurpose spaces that can be used for a diverse range of educational activities, and it is the ‘base’ for the School Farm.
The facility has capacity for cooking, preparing food, and plant science study in an off-campus environment. TPA+i supported the school to obtain a separate grant to build the Primary School Harvest Garden, developed concurrent with the new facility.
