TASTAFE DRYSDALE HOSPITALITY KITCHEN UPGRADE

Drysdale House is located in the Centre of Hobart’s CBD and provides specialist tourism and hospitality training, including a fully operating training restaurant which is open to the public.

This project was to upgrade an inefficient café/kitchen space to accommodate a new expanded training kitchen and a new in-house café run by students for enhanced hospitality training.
