Fahan School is a progressive, independent school for girls, catering for students from kindergarten to year 12. The 6.2 hectare campus is situated in leafy Sandy Bay.

This project was to relocate a Heritage Listed Barn to a new location overlooking the main oval and reconnecting the ‘Farm Dairy’ with green spaces. The school Masterplan identified the existing Barn as a key site for future development and its heritage value had been compromised by incremental development of the school over time.

The result was the Barn is retained for ongoing school use and the vacated site was developed for a Design Hub and a new purpose designed Food Technology facility.
