DEEP SOUTH BREWING CO.

Deep South Brewing Co. is a craft brewery, bar, and eatery and the vision of high profile hospitality innovators Warwick, Ben, and Dave Macgill, head brewer. The project was a conversion of a large vacant warehouse, revitalizing the North Hobart urban fringe.

Designed to accommodate a 12 hectolitre brewhouse, woodfired pizza bar, private dining space, and atmospheric mezzanine dining area, Deep South is a unique Tasmanian hospitality experience and a destination brewery for beer afficionados, offering 12 rotating taps with a wide-range of beers, together with premium Tasmanian wines and spirits.

The fitout utilises a palate of salvaged timber, polished concrete floors, exposed Oregon trusses and retention of the original fabric to create a vibrant experience in the European tradition of enjoying beer at its best, in the shadow of the brewery.
